They are designed for both on and off road use. They use the 24 HP sidevalve engines.
How original? well they still have both gear levers! Yes the foot operated gear level and the alternative hand operated gear lever.... Amazing what gets thought of for a war bike!
These have black powder frames, lower final drive ratio, powder coated exhaust, and four ammunition boxes for the ultimate in storage.
This is the motorcycle made famous by the Great Escape and just about every other war time classic film. Following the Webrmach style, this bike has kneepads on either side of the fuel tank, a tool kit in the fuels tank and the original German Army front forks and front guard. This also has the ultimate in storage containers with four ammunition boxed, as an option two of these can be exchanged for two equally authentic brown leather side bags. There is even an optional authentic machine gun mount.
