Sandringham Estate the country home of the Queen is 30 minutes away.

The Wildlife and Wetland Trusts Welney Centre is a short ride away as are several RSPB reserves.

The Fen Rivers Way is a Long Distance walking path which passes through the village & goes on to the Peter Scott Way.

Denver Sluice is a renowned engineering system for maintaining water levels around the fens
